Day one of the Fitness Business Summit did not disappoint. Speaker after speaker delivered crazy good content and did not hold back. Dan Ritchie, Michael Parrella Rick Kaselj, Maria Andros and of course Bedros were truly inspirational.

Think it was all work? Think again. 8 time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman brought the house down with stories of working at Dominos Pizza (can you imagine Ronnie Coleman delivering your pizza?) , there was this random break dancer who showed up plus a insane cocktail party to wrap up the day.
