How to Overcome Fear, Doubt, and Uncertainty
If you want to change something for the better, you gotta get out of your comfort zone, right?
There’s nothing new there. No big breakthrough.
In fact you probably tell your clients who want to get in better shape, lose weight, and increase confidence the same thing.
But anytime you go to do something new and to get out of your comfort zone fear, doubt, and uncertainty creep up and want to squash your progress…
…. until now.
Check out this video and see why having fear, doubt, and uncertainty are ACTUALLY
good.
It’s time to go into DOMINATION mode and crush it!

That is AWESOME!!! Like Socrates said: Learning is remembering.. Thanks for the reminder.
Awesome post B, reminded me of this quote… “The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.” – Joseph Campbell
Nice comparison Bedros with the dumbells. If you have fear, than its probably the right direction.
Hey Bedros, thanks for the tips. I appreciate it

Great coaching advice Bedros. I’m finally getting over the struggle and seeing some real progress thanks to you and our family of inspiring producers.
Is it ok with you if I re-word most of this for a post to my clients?
Good Stuff
Right on bro… Awesome post!
Excellent advice - very applicable to many areas of life, not just fitness.
Thanks!
Great analogy. Embrace the uncomfortable feeling — it means you’re taking action and making good things happen.
“Feel the fear and do it anyway.” Its a great read by susuan jeffers
Performers say something similar - feeling nervous before going on stage is the adrenalin rush they need to boost their performances.
Another knock out video, Bedros. Keep ‘em coming.

That’s great Bedros, I love the analogy of training with dumbbells. It definitely ‘clicked’ with me.
I have seen trainers that start making excuses for the client before they even approach the client with a new idea about getting change. I totally agree you need to shake it up, get outside the box in business and in life!
I call these the FUD factors and they can work for you or against you. If they are working for you, then you’ll step your game up and rise to the occassion. If they are working against you then it will make you pack your bags in and say,”I give up” and you never realize your dream.
So refreshing to hear of another trainer who has read J. Cambell

Great analogy. Getting out of the comfort zone is a challenge but the benefits always increase.
makes sense
