    Bedros,
I’m with ya. Totally tacky - that’s why I’ve also moved away from facebook. Prune brother, prune!

    PRUNE AWAY!

Absolutley, Bedros. Trees need pruning, gardens need weeding! You are way too busy to be dealing with that crap.

You are definitely doing the right thing here! People are lame and people have no ethics.

    Hey Bedros!
You can control the circle of friends one hangs out with, so Facebook should be the same way. I understand a lot of people are looking for success on their end, BUT they have to work at it on their end. Don’t suck on other people’s TIT, you know what I mean…

I think it’s a tacky, and people that do that are only looking for a quick rich gain with out the work. Friends look out for one another so, cut ‘em bro! Look forward in seeing you on the 30th! We need to have a beer and catch up.
How do you say chair in Spanish?

    Hey Bedros!

Those are pretty dirty marketing strategies… they’re reaping the benefits of YOUR hard work and fame! Trim away!

I agree with you wholeheartedly. you keep up the good work

    Hi Bedros

I think it is really ballzy to promote yourself on someone else’s page. Do what you want on your own page.

I agree time to trim the bonzai!!

    Have a great day.

    Prune away…

I agree, they are leeches and pulling blood from all of your hard work.

Ive actually started “pruning” my Facebook friend list too. I’ve been noticing local Personal Trainers sending me friend requests and becoming my “fan” on my fanpage.

Not only have I been getting the spammers like you talk about in your video, but I am also getting PT”lurkers.”

Now my problem is this; are these other local Trainers truly being supportive by becoming a “fan?” Or are they just snooping around, reading my articles, etc to try to capitalize on my ideas.

    Just a thought.

I agree with you, start clipping!!

  • http://www.traintosweatt.com Paul F. Sweatt

Sounds like a good idea. Please don’t prune me.

  • http://supremeultimatefitness.com Dale Buchanan

No it is not cool. I just delete them

  • http://www.giftedbodies.com Troy Samuels

If you have something of true value to offer you don’t need to do Facebook wall spamming. Block those idiots immediately.

    Hi Bedros,

I agree with you! Clip’em. Happy New year to you and your family. You look great dude. Keep up the good work.
