    You used probably the best 2 sites as examples. Such simple, but informative content that keeps people wanting more. I like your tip about staying cool. Talk to your prospects like you’d talk to you mum.

    Would you mind taking a moment to to answer a few questions about capturing the opt in and email marketing…

    1) What have you found to be the best bait? eg newsletter - free report etc??

    2) Does video on your name capture page improve your opt in rate?

    If so any suggestions for copy/script on selling the optin?

    Also Steve H recommended that I ask about your optin box?

    Good post, good points and nice tips. I really need to build up my list. It’s crazy how I put the most work, time and money into my website and so far have gotten better results from craigslist which is freaking free. I also like how you say be cool. I read that in another post about showing clients appreciation Must be a laid back Cali thing cause here in NYC not everyone is cool. So it’s even more important that you be and keep your cool At any rate that has been my mantra lately just be cool with people

    Bro since I have Joined your coaching and fully understood this process my clients and prospects have felt so much more appreciated. I have also been able to show them how much I care about them even when they barely no who i am.

    Everytime a newsletter goes out or an e-mail, or anything i am always getting responese. ( most with referral references )

    Best part of it is it all becomes automated !!
