I really agree with #8, get coaching. It took my business from 30k/year, to much more than that per MONTH. You, Steve and Chris have given me the tools and the belief that I can achieve anything I want to do.

    Thanks,
    Dustin

Bedros always good stuff. Thanks for the reminders. (Did you forget to say that list building is important too?)

Good point Shawna! I touched on that on point 9 but to be honest, list building is SO important that I could make an entire post out of it :)

Hey Bedros speaking of list building, I feel like some trickle in and then some leave. It’s like taking 2 steps foward and one step back when building this list.
    Anybody else feel that way?

The EFT point is HUGE!!!! I have implemented EFT with my fitness groups and it feels like I am “printing money” into my account. I enjoy my group time immensely, and a side effect is the “support” these clients give each other. Talk about a built in retention system!!! They are naturally holding each other accountable, which allows me to find more people to help.

    Great POST!

Bedros, I hope you don’t mind, I’m gonna print out this ‘blueprint’ to success and start ticking off 1 by 1. Thank you for laying it out. Like the saying goes, ‘It’s not rocket science’. Keep up the great work. Yours is one list I can’t live without being on.

    Cheers.

Do you wanna know what is the best part of? It is also ethical and fair because once we increase retentions through EFT, we can also delivery more endless results to clients! Right?
Thank you Bedros for these tips!

Great reminders Bedros - thank you! We sometimes forget that people WANT to be told what they need and they also want to be told what they want (they may not even know it so it’s up to us to tell them!). And you’re definitely right about not devaluing our services. We are experts, we put a price on that and anyone who wants discounts, specials, etc. are those we don’t want as clients anyway. Thanks again!

I would like to know the fast route to setting up EFT. Here in Sweden its a long process. not sure why. Getting the system set up in your bank is not easy! I was told 3 months?? and a lot of paper work!

Who and how can I get this set up and do you use a software programme to track everything.

Should I just sell packages for 3, 6, 12 months, pay upfront?? but then I need to track finish dates of clients and resell everytime. All help much appreciated.

That’s a great bunch of tips Bedros. And they are all easy to do. Thanks.

    Great post Bedros

Lee in Sweden, don’t use EFT in England and Sweden because Direct Debit is better/quicker. Fill out the DD form (your bank should be able to supply them) with your client and post it to their bank, should be set up in a couple of days.
    Cheers
