Hi Bedros, just added all my payment info & tried to sign up for the 12 month offer but when i hit the ”join fitpro newsletter” button nothing happens

    @Simon, yes it can.

@Simon, it should be working. However just email [email protected] and she’ll hook you up

Will this take the place of my constant contact account. Can I customize and send out newsletters whenever needed. How many email addresses does the account hold and does it have video email capabilities. I currently have a talk fusion account with video emailing, newsletters w/video embedded within the letter, video webinars along with as separate constant contact account.

It would be great to replace my constant contact and or talk fusion with your product. Is this possible?

Hey Alfred, yes you can totally replace your constant contact with FPN and in fact you’ll have a lot more cool features.
You can make and send emails and newsletter whenever you want. You can even set up autoresponders and all types of cool lead generation systems that constant contact doesn’t have.

You said a little while ago on a previous video (carpet cleaning talk) that you were working on a solution for optinapp. You recommended people get optinapp, but said that FitPro V2 wasn’t compatible at that time.

Is V3 now compatible? Or does it have your own solution to sign up through Facebook (like on your optin at the top)?

Cheers Bedros. Keep up the good work!

Andrew we’re still working on that opt in app button. Facebook
May do away with it all together. But we’re working on one for the time being.

Apparently my bank blocked it because they thought it was a fraud transaction as it was in the US & im in the UK!! All sorted & looking forward to using the software

@Simon, I’ve had that problem. The old version had a bug that would automatically shut you out and stop delivering or taking in client email addresses the instant that happens.

It assumed the client was in the wrong and asked questions later, penalising you in the meantime until you can check with the bank.

Of course when this happens in the middle of the night (time difference), and particularly on a weekend, you’re left hanging until the bank opens screwing up your lead generation and often your newsletter delivery for a couple of days.

B, has this been fixed for the new system, putting in some kind of grace period or something to give the client the benefit of the doubt?

I know it’s been a long running bug in the last version, at least as long as I’ve been a customer, which is over a year now.

(It happens on average every 2-3 months for me, so I should find out first hand around May or June! lol)

    Hey Bedro, Matt from Uk.

I have been using fp newsletter for some
    time now and love it.

1 question though, I’ve yet to work out
if you can personalise the look of optin boxes
that go on my website like Aweber? (rather than
just using the template opti ins).

    Cheers dude!!

  • http://www.ptpower.com Bedros

@Matt, yes you sure can customize the opt ins. The info is in the help section and you can reach out to the support team as well to help you with that.

@Anthony, I know exactly what you mean. It’s actually a problem with a small handful of off shore banks. Authorize.net has been trying to work that kink out. In the mean time, we may build a feature in the system where you have a five day (or so) grace period.
