I’m still in Las Vegas for my 7 Figure Formula mastermind group. I gotta say there’s some AMAZING stuff being shared here.

But the reason for this post is to share these five KILLER mindset tactics that will blow you away…

Here they are in this 6 minute video.

I’d like to know what mindset tactics you use to keep yourself motivated.

Let me know in the comment section below :)

Very good bedros.. I like the bit about not fearing failure, its given me a new perspective on things as that is one thing I always do.

Loving these mindset tips. Thanks Bedros..

Great blog post - I do this with my fitness clients - get them to set specific goals for weight loss etc (focuses their mind and stops aimless drifting), get them to set more ambitious goals than they set themselves at first (not just lose weight, but gain muscle, cardio fitness and flexibility too), and get them to visualise their new body.

    Thanks Bedros!

    Hey Bedros!
    How’re you doing?

I quite accidentally stumbled upon your video this morning and very unexpectedly got a great BIG take-away from it. Great video! Just what I needed and at the perfect time. Plus you do a great job with delivery.

May I suggest you put a way for people to share your videos? I would have liked to post this on my facebook and send people to your site with a big plug.

hope you are well and happy and look forward to seeing you on another trip in the future!

    Best to you,
    Cynthia

I never really understood it in that way about failing forward. I always felt bad that i didnt reach my goal or goals and it would tear me apart.

But looking back now I was failing forward because i may have not reached my goal..but i was deffenitely making progress and was going forward.

Its like the saying that goes something like this “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.”

    Hey….yeah….awesome

See you at the summit next week

AWESOME post - especially for the Sunday morning.

Every time I’m driving back from my Costa Mesa Bootcamp I make it a habit to visit these homes: http://www.brightwaterhb.net/neighborhoods/orange-county-homes.aspx

They have open models and I must have seen the same saleslady 6 times by now……she’s probably wondering when I’m going to put an offer in!

And you’re totally right - as soon as I come home to my current condo I feel the difference.

So my plan is to put an offer in next year (which could be 18 months if I fail forward)

FEAR REGRET NOT FAILURE!!! - Simple but POWERFUL. I like it, that has definately flipped a switch in my mind!

Great Post Bedros! Totally puts things into perspective. It’s amazing how simple some of the mindset stuff is, but it’s EXTREMELY POWERFUL!

This was definitely an Outstanding post to wakeup to this morning. The timing of it is awesome too!

This month I’m having one of my best months ever with my boot camp and personal training business and it’s definitely because of setting higher goals.

I’m glad to hear that you guys also go drive around the neighborhoods you either wanted (Bedros) or want to live in (Michael). I’ve found my street and the house that I want to buy next year as well. It’s a great thing to have something so tangible that you can experience regularly to keep you motivated. Money is great, but it’s a lot harder to stay motivated about because we don’t really see or feel it regularly. The house is something you can easily imagine you and your family living in and enjoying regularly so I feel like I can do a good job of adding powerful emotions to that goal!

BTW…@Micheal: Dude that development looks sick! Keep working hard and you’ll have one of those houses next year for sure.

    See you guys on Thursday!

Thanks for the post Bedros. Not fearing failure or having doubt is easier said than done, but I do understand that you have to fail in order to understand how to succeed.

    Hey Bedros,

Awesome stuff on the “Killer Mindset”. It so refreshing to to hear “like minds”. I appreciate and enjoy your all the information you share.

By the way, in the picture above the video, I think I recognized a trainer I had the priviledge to work with a few years ago, named Dave DePew, was that him? I also recognized Craig Ballantine and Vince DelMonte, love all their stuff to.

Thanks for sharing yourself and knowledge to the fitness industry and keep it fun to learn.

Best to you and look forward to more!

So true Bedros. Thanks for sharing.

It’s ALL about the mindset. I couldn’t agree more. I personally make daily (almost daily) confessions of what I want my life to look like, what success I want to have, and the relationships I want to have with people particularly clients. And you know what, I draw this to me as I’m not only thinking about it consciously at the moment of making the confessions but also subconsciously as my heart (innermost part) is working out how to cause and bring these things to pass.

This verse in the Bible sums it up:
“For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.” Proverbs 23:7

Thanks again for all the good stuff you share and give away.

    Hey Bedros!

Great post. One idea that I heard this weekend at the 7 Figure Mastermind in Vegas (that I’m sure you and the group wouldn’t mind me sharing) is to write out your goals on a dry-erase board and then take a picture of it, laminate it, and then hang it up on your wall.

This way you can make different lists- one could be weekly goals, monthly goals, business goals, personal goals- the sky is the limit.

You could also just use the camera that is in your phone- heck even make it the background for your home screen so you always see it. The key is just to see these goals regularly- ingrain them in your mind.

By the way, this blog post really brings out your eyes….

See you at the Info Summit.

Really like the “be specific ” concerning your goals. This helps you too become very clear on what you want to accomplish.

  • Sarah

I don’t agree with any of this. Bedros you don’t know what you’re talking about. Please elaborate on where you’re getting your information

  • http://www.ptpower.com Bedros

@Sara, thanks for commenting. So how do you get mental focus, clarity, and toughness to set and reach your life and business goals?
