    So true about making referrals a condition with all of your clients. I made the mistake early on of not conditioning my clients. Then I would try to get referrals out of them with very little success, and I wondered why. Then I realized with the new clients I had to let them know about referrals. Not only that, but I had to make it a point to tell them about referrals all of the time.

    Once I did that, there was a definite improvement.
