The Seven Day Fitness Marketing Promotion
A few weeks ago I fired up a post where I explained my 21 Day Rapid Fat Loss Program – a sneaky little way to flood your boot camp with a ton of new clients in only a week…
and I gave you the two email sequences that I used to fill up my boot camp within a week.
Well, Scott Colby just sent me these two emails after trying out the 21 Day Rapid Fat Loss program promo.
I call it “Boot Camp Dynamite”…
******************************************************************************************************************
Hey Bedros,
I’ve used that tactic of re-packaging my camp into a special 21 day rapid fat loss program before, but just wanted to thank you for your recent post and reminding me how well it works.
Just sent an email out to my list of former camp members and people who had opted in but never signed up. I called it a 21 Day Pre-Halloween Rapid Fat Loss Meltdown Bootcamp. I’m charging 67 bucks for it and in 2 days I’ve gotten 19 sign ups already. Can’t get any easier than that. Just type up an email and hit “send”, right? : )
Some of these people who signed up weren’t on my list - the deal is so good that my list members are telling their friends and those people are signing up.
We start on Monday so I’ll let you know if I get any more sign ups so you know the final numbers.
Keep up the great work.
Scott Colby

Is this BAD ASS or what?
Scott just got 19 new boot camp clients within a week just by creating a new * Limited Time * program.
I bet after the 21 days he’ll easily convert at least half of these people into his ongoing, high dollar boot camp program.
Here’s why these mini promos work so well and how you can use them to blow up your fitness boot camp…
A large part of your prospects are afraid of commitment. They don’t want to commit to a full priced program just yet because they’re not sure if they’re going to like it.
Plus they don’t want to pay “full price” for something they may not like or can’t finish.
B-U-T when you offer them a shorter, lower cost ** limited time ** alternative then you’ve got them hooked.
Here’s what happens in your prospects head when they see this offer.
1. They see that it’s a shorter program… not even a month long and they go; hum… I can do that.
2. They see that it’s a significantly lower price than your regular programs and feel as though they are getting a deal (which they are).
3. They feel like this is their * chance * to take advantage of this offer since it’s not a program that they can start any time… remember it’s a LIMITED TIME OFFER. (you’re best off running this offer two to three times a year only)
But then something else happens once they join your 21 Day Rapid Fat Loss Program…
They fall in love with it.
They fall in love with you and the other members.
They realize they CAN do it after all.
They see greater value in it because they begin to see and feel results.
And now they’re ready to get on your regular program.
If you want to see the EXACT two emails that I used for the 21 Day Rapid Fat Loss Program go here >>
By the way… Scott sent me another email a couple days after the first one and said he sold two more spots. Kinda cool that he sold 21 spots for a 21-day program.
Also, if you want your own Fit Body Boot Camp location and the same “paint by number” client getting system that our owners enjoy be sure to check out this video >>
I’d love to hear what you think. Leave me a comment below…

My question is this: what if we don’t get any response or very little? What of the second email saying the response was huge?
I don’t want to lie and then people show up and have a small class.
What do you recommend?
nigel @ 11:24 am
I will be one of the first in line to purchase my fitbody bootcamp. You guys rock and the video is awesome !!! You guys are information maniacs…yeaaaaa !!!
Hey Bob. That’s a great question. You don’t want to run this camp seperatly. Run it within your existing camp this way it seems full. Plus you just position it to your regular members as: durri g the next 21 days we’re going to do a rapid fat loss program which means the workout will be a little differant and I want you all to cut 200 calories a days fom your diet.
So it’s something new for you promo people and for your your existing campers.

Bedros,
I have to say thank you for this idea. I have always known about using my list and what can happen, but just never put it to good use. When I got the post about the 21 day program I decided to try it out. Now I have different times throughout the week for my boot camp classes, so I couldn’t use your email word for word. Some of my classes are full while others are pretty bare. With that in mind I didn’t say that the camp was almost full. I said that we are growing fast and to get in while there is room.
I sent the first email out around 8am on a Monday and was blown away to get an email that someone had signed up before 9 am. Off that first email I had 2 sign ups and about 5 other interest emails. After the second email went out on Thursday, again within the hour I got 2 sign ups. In total I got 13 more sign ups from the second email. A total of 15 boot campers, (6 new to the facility). This was absolutely one of the best if not the best, and most successful marketing strategies that I have used. The 21 days ends this weekend, so I will let you know how many signed on for our regular camp.
Thank you and keep up the great work.
Julian
Julian.. Awesome job!! I love it!

Right, I understand that… But I just moved to a different state and am starting my boot camp fresh. I launched it just 2 weeks ago and only have a few sign ups so far.
I have been sending out emails, Craigslist marketing, and word of mouth. Other than that this 21 day deal is something that I think it great and sent out the first email yesterday about it.
So far I don’t have anyone interested.
shondelle @ 2:14 pm
I sent this email today and got 15 paid sign ups. I haven’t even sent email 2 as yet, so I’m counting on a total of around 25!
Bob, this 21 day promo works best when you have a decent size email list and a list of prospects, and past clients. It may not work so well if you just moved to a new state. That said, I’d try it anyway and maybe fire it up on craigs list too.

Shondelle! Atta way do blow it up! Here’s how to convert these people to the “regular camp”. About three days before the 21 day program is over get the the 21 day group together AFTER a workout and let them know that you decided to make them a special offer since they are such hard workers and dedicated.
The offer is this: ” Because you guys are awesome and hard workers I want to give you the opportunity to keep getting amazing results. So when you get register for my regular boot camp program in the next 48 hours I’ll add another two weeks to the program so that you’ll get six weeks for the price of four.”
You want to make this offer three to four days before the 21 day program ends so that you have time to close them and convert them onto a regular program. And then after the six weeks they should now be on your recurring monthly program.
Rock on!

Sounds good Bedros. Thanks for the suggestions!

Hey Bedros,
Trialled your emails a few weeks ago ( modified them for Australia), to give you a run down:
17 signed up in the first two hours
33 total signed up for the first day
Of those 33 I have since converted 26 into 12 month Direct Debit clients that totals $858 p/m or $10,296 just for this one little idea…. so thanks heaps Bedros.
Now from that 26 that signed up to paying clients ( I gave a them a referral card Steve Hochman’s idea) and they have now bought another 5 new people into my organisation…
Bob I must say it does help if you already have a good sized Boot Camp running. I run Succeed Boot Camp at 8 morning locations in my city in Australia and average 33 people at each Boot Camp location, so to add 4 or 5 more to each location was easy and it already looked like awesome fun to the new people and showed them just how popular Boot Camp was. Some of them even new people attending…
Again thanks heaps Bedros, I will buy you beer in Orlando next week… can’t wait ( except the 31 hours of flight time & sitting in airports to get ther from Australia!)

Hey Bedros,
I love the idea. I have a question if I send this out on my newsletter my other bootcamp members will see it and want it for the same price. So should I selectively pick the people I should send the emails too?
Thanks see you in Orlando!!
Scott, KILLER job dude! You crushed it. I’ll take that beer please.
Chelsea, don’t worry about it… I’ve found that your existing clients who get bent out of shape. And if they do (which I have yet to hear about) just add an extra two weeks to their program. I’ve always been honest with my existing clients and told them that I’m running a promo to get new clients and in fact I need them to help me convert teh 21 day campers to “regular” members. They LOVE to help
