Five Tactics To Maximize Your Profits
I hope you’re good and that your fitness business is rock’in!
Things are crazy around here…
I just got back from my 7 Figure formula mastermind in Las Vegas.
And now I’m getting ready to fly out to Orlando tomorrow for the sold out Fitness Info Summit.
But before I leave for Orlando wanted to get you part three of my Productivity, Mindset, and Profits trifecta video serise.
Here’s video three… five tactics to maximize your profits.
Also, the doors are closing for Fit Body Body Camp tomorrow, Wednesday 12 Noon PST because next week we’re starting the three “Get Ready, Get Set, Go” coaching calls for new FBBC owners.
So if you’re still on the fence about opening up your own Fit Body Boot Camp™ in your area then this is your last chance to get on board (if your territory is not taken by someone else).

Great tips!!! EFT has changed my life, it definetly works, no one likes to be a bill collector every month. I like that idea of increasing my price by 10% and creating the perceived value of my program. I also tried a monthly special and have stimulated new business. Thanks again for the new ideas.

I’m missing out on your expertise with these videos. I miss having something written that I could print and read at my liesure without having to plug in to a computer. Auditory learning is not my greatest strength.

I’m curious how many people out there maximize their profits and leverage their time by training with technology such as online training software?

The good, better, and best options work really well.
By offering a “Cadillac” option, it makes the lower end price seem affordable. You get a lot less resistance to the prices I find when you give them these options.

Hey Bedros,
Thanks for the great information. Question for you about point #2 - increase price point by 10% - what happens to existing clients at that original rate and how do you deal with 2 different priced clients within a boot camp?
And EFT is definitely the way to go.

Awesome information. It’s amazing how applicable your information is to businesses other than Personal Training. I’m a Chiropractor and I’ve learned far more from you, Chris McCombs, Craig Ballantyne and Ryan Lee than I have from ANYONE in my profession - thanks!!!

More good meat and potatoes content Bedros. Good Job.

Question - Bedros, I want to implement Program Design Fee into my business from the next fiscal year coming up the way Cosgrove does at his gym. How can I start doing this without - should I use a 1 month notice? And how can I explain the WHY to my current clients?
Anyone else on here who is willing to help out do let me know guys.
Thanks!
Amir
Sara- I just had to deal with this firsthand. When you go to a gym, there are always specials running. People know that they might get a better deal some day in the future- just like in the real world. Don’t let it stress you out.
But at the end of the day, if it means keeping a customer happy, then I would come down in price for the higher-paying customer to keep them loyal and happy. Say something like “I don’t usually do this, but you are one of our most motivated and results-driven clients- I really appreciate you- I’ll go ahead and lower your price.” Flattery always works. That’s just my two cents.
B- Great friggen’ post. Safe travels, and ill see you at the summit.

Great video Bedros. Excellent points; all easy to start doing.
