Anyway, great advice on micro-niches - but would you incorporate that on your website as well? Or should your website stay more general?

I like the way you explained this. I currently run boot camps for women in Hutto, Texas, and actually have in my plans to start a stay-at-home-mommy-camp.
Even though your tips apply to any business, for me it was kind of on affirmation that you talked about what I have on paper.

Hey Donovan, the more you focus in on a micro niche the faster the growth and position of your business - we did this with our Chino Hills boot camp a couples years ago and killed it.
@Michael, the flips vidoes are awesome. I just got the HD version too. I found one problem with the HD when you do a really long recording and try to use up all 60 minutes in one or two shoots it actually only gives you like 51 minutes.
Never the less it’s a sweet little cam.

Michael, I forgot to answer your other questions. On your website its even more critical to mirco niche.
Think about it like this… people are searching on google for very specific terms. So the more specific your site the more relevent it is for what ever it is that you are selling.
Having said that… there’s nothing stopping you from having several micro niche serving sites for different markets.

I want to run boot camps that have a boxing focus in them. Do I need to give the boot camp business some kind of boxing name to become the expert and at the same time let people know what the boot camp is about?
