The Determining Factors
2 things that make the biggest difference [for you and your clients]
You probably know about about 80/20 rule, right?
20% of people make 80% of the income, even though
100% of them have the same information at hand.
Then there’s the 5/15 rule.
Yep, you can actually take that top 20% and break
it down into 5/15.
In other words, you can see that the top 25% of the
20% are the ones that get the BEST results, make
the MOST money, are the HAPPIEST in life.
That’s the “sweet spot”.
What I find most fascinating is that those in the “sweet
spot” do two things better than anyone else.
1. Speed of implementation
2. Major action takers
When you really think about it, there’s nothing that separates
your best clients from the rest of your clients other than major
action taking and implementing of what you teach them.
It’s the same in business, too. The top trainers who run the
most successful businesses take action like it’s going out
The most successful take imperfect action – even in the face
And the minute they get information that they know will
benefit their business, they immediately apply it.
Speed of implementation and the ability to take massive
action are probably the biggest determining factors of success.
So how do you do it?
(This is probably the question I get asked most often…)
There’s no magic answer, but there are five things you can
do shift yourself into speed and action mode.
1. Determine what outcome you want.
2. Identify what you need to do to achieve that outcome.
3. Make and work off lists EVERYDAY that bring you closer
to your desired outcome.
4. Eliminate all negative self talk.
(while you’re at it, stop associating with negative people in
5. Be accountable to others. Tell others your goals and the
timeline you’re going to achieve them in, and then make it
