Great Video! I Missed the first funnel post but this one was very helpful. I like visuals! Those three tips are awesome. I really need to get more of that social proof. The campaigns that really worked were the one’s with a lot of social proof. Nail on the head buddy nail on the head! Mahalo,

John Thompson @ 6:37 pm

Nice post B-

You just reminded me that I need to put more then just a video on my site of my bootcamp sessions in action. But video testimonials. I actually need to switch those around.

Thanks bro,

John Thompson

Bedros, can you explain what “social proof” is? I’m a newbie. Thanks.

Richard Bradly @ 7:23 pm

Fletch social proof is basicly testimonials from clients and other trusted sources. Could be in print or video. Before and after pictures ate social proof.

Look at fitconcepts.com (Sam killed it with that site)

great post bedros!

Great clip. I am an Atlanta trainer and would love to take the 2 of you out to lunch for all the great info you have shared. Let me know how long you are in town and if you would like a free lunch.

Hello Bedros,
very good advice.I am in work about 10 years with very good results to my clients BUT NEVER take before and after pictures!
Now i can’t go back to them to ask photos. What can i do to find before and after pictures?

Bedros @ 3:07 am

Start taking before and after pics of your clients now.
It’s never too late to start …

Hey Bedros
excellent info yet again. I love your stuff and I was wondering if you could do a post on positioning yourself for marketing a bootcamp compared to say a circuit class. What would you say are the unique selling points for group training/bootcamps that increase the value of a bootcamp/group session rather than them just doing a circuit class. What do you think?

I didn’t know you were a lefty!

One of the things I’m working on to raise perceived value is increasing the status of my fit biz.

I constantly mention any media appearances in blogs and emails. There is REAL value to your clients when they have the local celebrity trainer. They get to brag that they have the best.

Thanks for everything Bedros!

You can always just ask for an old “fat” pic of your clients and take a new posed “thin” one, yourself. That’s what I did on the success stories page of my site. http://spartatraining.com/success-stories.php

Great post once again Bedros…simple and to the point! One of the best things that I have realized is that weeding out the “suspects” is great because you can focus your efforts on the people that really truly want your services and it saves a ton of time instead of trying to go after everyone!

Hey Bredros
Thanks for your great post and reminder to go out there and get more testimonials and before and after pics.

Bedros,

I was just at a marketing seminar last week with T Harv Eker and he spoke about the funnel. It’s a kick-ass concept and let’s fitness professionals create high-ticket items. Thanks for the vid.

BTW- Here’s a crazy way to plus testimonials and boost authenticity. Add the person’s e-mail and phone number in addition to their name and location.
