Here’s just a short list of what FPM can do for you…. (...)

By now you probably have heard of FitPro Magazine and how it can take your personal training and boot camp business to massive success.

Here’s just a short list of what FPM can do for you….

- Virally build your email subscriber list

- Stimulate hot new leads and referrals

- Positions you as the top fitness expert in you area

- Helps you get more client and retain them longer

- Sell more personal training, products and services online

Since posting up the last two videos (the Josh Carter and 7 Figure Sam beta tests) this past week we’ve been getting a ton of emails and calls from trainers have questions about FitPro Magazine, so I thought it would be a good idea to address your Frequently Asked Question here.

So without further ado… your FAQ’s answered…

Question: How is FitPro Magazine different from FitPro Newsletter?

Answer: FitPro Newsletter is a done-for-you online email newsletter that automatically goes out to your subscribers (clients and prospects) twice a month on your behalf. FitPro Magazine is an online digital health and fitness magazine that you get to private label and showcase on your website or blog with 16 fresh articles each month and hundreds recipes and exercises demonstration videos – and the entire thing is designed to generate you more online leads, traffic, and clients.

Question: Can I edit the articles within my FitPro Magazine account or add my own.

Answer: Not yet, however this is something that we may have in the 2.0 version down the line.

Question: How much is FitPro Magazine going to cost me?

Answer: FitPro Magazine will be launching this Tuesday, May, 25th at 9:00 AM PST. When you get on board within the first three days (Until Thursday at Midnight) you’ll only pay $239.40/year. That’s only $19.95/month for CHARTER MEMBERS and after Thursday, May 27 the price goes up.

Question: How does FitPro Magazine help me get viral traffic?

Answer: Viral traffic from your Online magazine comes in two ways.

Every article in your FitPro Magazine has the “share” feature that allows anyone reading an article in your online magazine to post a link to it on his or her Facebook wall as well as to tweet about it. This feature alone will drive boatloads of traffic to your online blog where they can then subscribe to your email list.

Plus, every article has the “email to a friend” option which send the visitors friend the direct link to the article and within your online magazine.

Question: Is FitPro Magazine guaranteed?

Answer: Yes, of course. You have a full 60 days to try out FitPro Magazine and put it to the test. If you don’t get the traffic, the leads, and the new clients that we say you’ll get then just let us know anytime during the first 60 days and we’ll happily refund every penny you paid and you still get to keep the bonus gifts. I think you’ll agree that this is more than fair, right?

Question: If I have multiple websites and blogs do I need to get multiple FitPro Magazine accounts?

Answer: Nope, you can use your one online magazine on all your sites and blogs. There are no limits in the way you can use FitPro Magazine.

Question: I’m not too technical, how difficult is it to set up my FitPro Magazine?

Answer: You’re in luck. If you can write an email and change font sizes on a word doc then you can quickly and easily set up your FitPro Magazine in about ten to fifteen minutes.

Question: Does FitPro Magazine work with all mass email delivery services like aweber.com 1shoppingcart.com, getresponse.com and others or just with FitPro Newsletter?

Answer: FitPro Magazine is totally compatible with all email delivery services so you have the flexibility to use the opt ins and list builders of your choice. However, if you have FitPro Newsletter then your in luck because your FitPro Newsletter account come with ready to use list building ebooks and reports that you can use as on opt in throughout your FitPro Magazine pages.

Question: Do I still need FitPro Newsletter, or does FitPro Magazine do everything FPN does and more?

Answer: FPM and FPN are two totally different products that do different things for your fitness business. FitPro Newsletter is an email, list management, autoresponder and enewsletter delivery system for you to communicate with your clients, prospects and subscribers. And FitPro Magazine is a private labeled content rich online magazine with 16 fresh, new articles each month and hundreds of healthy recipes and exercise videos designed to generate viral traffic, give your site or blog instant killer content, and position your as the local expert.

Hey there, Bedros Keuilian here!
I'm in Orlando, Florida for the SOLD OUT Fitness Info Summit. (...)

Hey there, Bedros Keuilian here!

I'm in Orlando, Florida for the SOLD OUT Fitness Info Summit. If you're going to be here make sure to stop by and say hi.We've got some killer stuff lined up for this weekend.

Here's a post from my good friend, body transformation expert and 7 figure formula mastermind member Joshua Carter.

Enjoy

In this business there are several dirty deeds that need to get done. No one likes doing them, especially you the boss.

I’m not talking about cleaning the bathrooms (which I hope you don’t have to do either), I am talking about other instances where it would seem necessary that you get your hands dirty.

The dirty job I truly hate the most is dealing with clients with billing issues. Whether is be a cancellation, a credit card decline or whatever, there never seems to be a cool way for you to handle that. It’s hard not to feel like an ass when you are asking people for money, even if the money is rightfully due to you.

The best way I have found to deal with the vast majority of my billing and accounting issues is to out source it all to another person – even if that person is not real. (I’ll get to that last part in a minute.)

Whether you own your own facility or are training out of someone else’s YOU are the master trainer, the expert, the “man”, so you need to make sure your clients see you that way. Billing issues are beneath you.

Here was my situation: Every once in a while a billing issue would come up- a cancellation or whatever. That would often make me feel like I was the “bad guy” for having to remind people of their obligations- after all I held up my end of the bargain and trained them, their end of the bargain is simple – pay me. In any event, I felt like a jerk.

Hiring a billing assistant was simply not feasible as these issues really don't come up all that often (but I f’ing hated it when they did) so something had to be done.

So I created Rachel Ortiz.

To everyone else Rachel is my virtual billing assistant. She works out of state and can only be contacted via email. She handles all billing issues, so any billing requests need to go through her. Got an issue – email Rachel.

In reality Rachel Ortiz is me with a different email address. No, I do not cross dress when I am emailing as Rachel (you perv.)

My problems were solved. Now I am still viewed as the Supreme Trainer of the Universe and not the billing badee who will hold you to your contract.

Yeah, sometimes Rachel can be a real bitch, but that is what makes her so awesome. (plus she works cheap)

So until you need a real Rachel, make one up. Just create a new email address and that’s it. Like billing@awesometraining.com- boom, done.

Have all billing issues go through your new assistant. Just remember, you are the king of training, not the billing dork.

So when a client comes to you with a billing issue, tell them you have people for that. Give them the new email address and get back to training. That one simple trick improves your stature in their eyes. This keeps you from getting dirty, essentially making you Mr. Clean.

Joshua Carter
”Mr. Clean”

Joshua Carter is a Personal Trainer in West Hills, CA and one of the coolest dudes I know.

Be the frist to comment and let me know what you think about this

Hey, Bedros here… I wanna tell you about something pretty special and give you some of the best tips around at getting your fitness website to the top of Google… but first…

Hey, Bedros here… I wanna tell you about something pretty special and give you some of the best tips around at getting your fitness website to the top of Google… but first…

My friend Chris McCombs spoke at the Fitness Business Summit on Friday and had the crowd laughing hysterically for the better part of an hour.

His talk was on blogging and how he has literally created a "cult-like" following of loyal blog readers who RACE to his blog just about anytime he puts up a post… it's a pretty sick strategy that has created SEVEN income streams for Chris (you know how much of a big fan I am of multiple income streams)

And I'll be the first to tell you Chris is one the big reasons behind the success of PtPower.com… he mapped out the strategy, I implemented it and now I'm getting tons of new leads and sales everyday just because of this blog.

Well at the Summit I asked Chris if he'd open 15 spots in his sold-out Market Annihilator program… which he did… and those spots sold out almost immediately.

Since word got out that Chris re-opened it but all 15 spots sold out my customer support has been getting email after email from subscribers and clients of mine just like you practically begging me to see if I can get Chris to let just a few more people in…

After some convincing on my part and busting out some wicked NLP tactics on Chris (which I'll have to tell you all about in the future) I convinced him to open the doors on the program for just today and tomorrow… if you weren't able to get in at the Summit because you weren't one of the lucky 15… here's where you can sneak in the back door…

The program covers EVERYTHING you need to dominate your fitness market online, including search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, blogging, social media, list building, video marketing, copywriting, traffic, conversions and TONS more.

But before you get started with the program, let me tell you about some of the cool stuff you're gonna learn and actually give you some tips you can start implementing today.

Like how to dominate Google just like Chris helped Zach Hunt do here in this screen shot… where you can see not only is Zach at the top of the Google pay-per-click ads and the Google local map listings… he also owns EIGHT of the top six positions in the Google free organic listings for his main keyword phrase… including positions number one through six… he did this using Chris's Market Annihilator tactics ( Zach gets new clients almost every single day just because of this… he was at the summit telling people all about it)

Just check it out here…

To do this, basically take your location, including your county as well as the cities you serve

Now, combine that with your service (and similar services) and include variations on the same page. Service means type of service ( like "personal training", not the name of your business)

Here's a list of some you might wanna be optimized for:

personal trainer, personal training, personal trainers ( throw in the word "fitness" a few times)

fitness trainer, fitness training, fitness trainers

boot camp, boot camps, bootcamp, bootcamps

weight loss, weight loss center, weight loss clinic, weight loss program, ( and plurals of these)

health club, health clubs,

gym, gyms

fitness center

workout

exercise

You multiply the locations you serve by the service phrases

So say for example you serve Podunk Nowhere and offer training, boot camps and a studio, you would want to come up high for

Podunk Nowhere personal trainer, personal training, personal trainers ( throw in the word "fitness" a few times)

Podunk Nowhere fitness trainer, fitness training, fitness trainers

Podunk Nowhere boot camp, boot camps, bootcamp, bootcamps

Podunk Nowhere weight loss, weight loss center, weight loss clinic, weight loss program, ( and plurals of these)

Podunk Nowhere health club, health clubs,

Podunk Nowhere gym, gyms

Podunk Nowhere fitness center

Podunk Nowhere workout

Podunk Nowhere exercise

That's 6 locations multiplied by 9 service phrases, that's means you'll want 54 optimized pages written for YOUR site.

You'll want you keywords in the title tag, in the headline, throughout the copy naturally at about a 2-5 percent keyword density… AND you'll want to fire links to your site using you main keyword term for that page AS the anchor text

So to dominate for all those terms shown above, you'll probably want links pointing to EACH page from the following…

Ezinearticles.com

Isnare.com

Squidoo Lenses

Hub Pages (only get "followed" Hub Pages links though, not "no followed" ones)

Guest blog posts from popular fitness blogs ( AT LEAST 2 guest blog posts to each page… just contact popular fitness blogs and offer them guest posts and put your links in the author resource section)

You'll be able to get approx 2 links from most of these sources, just make sure to point them to different pages and don't forget to use your keywords in the anchor text of the link.

And be sure to interlink the pages on your own site as well using your keyword phrases in the anchor text links.

So your 'Podunk Nowhere personal trainer' page would link to you 'Podunk Nowhere boot camp' and so on…

Also, be sure to start with your most important phrases and work your way down the list… meaning if you have a personal training business, start with the "personal trainer, personal training, personal trainers" service phrases mixed with your most important location… like your county and the city your business is actually in.

Then work your way down the list. Many of the pages can be written for $5 – $20 each. The ones for Ezine and Isnare can be the lowest quality and outsourced overseas using Elance or Guru.com, and the ones that go on your site and as guest blog posts on fitness blogs are the ones you might wanna invest the most in… especially the ones on your own site… so get someone halfway decent to write those.. the more popular the blog the better the post should be.

Or you can do what Chris and Zach do, barter this stuff out, you can actually get most of this work done for you for you for free. Just find some barter people on Craigslist and throw them in your boot camps or group training sessions… Chris and Zach get a TON of work done this way.

You'll also want to be in these directories:

Yahoo

BOTW

Gimpsy

JoeAnt

That will help with trust and juice in Google, VERY important… you can just fire those links to your home page if you want.

Now, make sure on your pages you're displaying some good sales copy and social proof, through testimonials, before and after pics and video testimonials… there's nothing worse then sending quality traffic to a lousy page that won't convert.

There ya go, I kind of had to twist Chris's arm to share these tactics on my blog… so be sure and put them to good use.

This stuff works to get clients link clockwork, and when combined with effective Pay-Per-Click advertising, proper Craigslist marketing and the right Social Media approach, you can literally get clients on an automated basis like clockwork… which is EXACTLY what Chris is gonna help you how to do step-by-step in his Market Annihilator Program.

Every time he opens it sells out right away, but as a favor to me and my blog readers just like you, he's opened the doors on it for today and tomorrow only. Don't miss the boat, I'd hate to tell ya I told you so.

If you want to get a TON of business from the Internet, here's your chance… but it won't last long.

Just go to FitnessInternetGuru.com

And be sure to leave me a comment below and let me know what jedi internet marketing tactics you like to use.

I've got a killer referral generation tactic for you today.

It actually made one of my clients over $14,000 this month. And he was kind enough to let me share it with you.

But first I need to get up on my soap box for a minute and get something off my chest.

Before I do that I want to thank the dozens of fitness professionals who emailed me and stood up for me on blogs, facebook and twitter last Sunday and the early part of this week.

THANK YOU!

It's awesome to know that so many cool people from the U.S. Canada and UK got my back

Okay… here's the deal.

I'm so FREAK'IN tired of the haters!

All they put out is piss and vinegar.

They cry like little babies, put out inflammatory emails, and then go back and do damage control when they realize they F'ed up…

To the haters I say don't let the door hit you in the ass on your way out!

What pisses me off even more is most of these clowns who claim to be fitness marketing guru have never owned or operated a successful personal training business.

Shit, some haven't even sold a single freak'in session – but they manage to give themselves GURU status.

WTF does that mean anyway!?!

-THE JIG IS UP! -

It's one of three things with these Jokers…

They either have ZERO industry experience and chose the fitness industry as a good target to position themselves as gurus… and since anyone can proclaim guru status on the internet – they do.)

Or they knock off other people's products and/or create their own shitty products and attempt to sell them out of their one bedroom ghetto apartment…err… I mean corporate office.

Or they catch the vapors and get VAPORIZED when someone is actually delivering great products and services to the industry and they go into HYPER HATER-ISM mode and spew their venom.

I'm not saying I'm some guru… I think that's stupid!

Yeah, I know my stuff. And I'm REALLY good at what I do.

I've earned what I have because before I became who I am I was ACTUALLY making it happen as a personal trainer.

I've been in the trenches…

At the peak of my personal training career I was PERSONALLY selling over 20,000 personal training sessions a year. I did that for over five years straight. (that's gotta be some kind of record)

(You can see proof of my selling prowess at the top of CloseClients.com.)

I've owned my own SUCCESSFUL training facilitates…

I've helped grow two of America's largest personal training companies to over $21,000,000/year (yep million) and over 60 location each.

I've created multiple SEVEN FIGURE EARNING personal trainers. (One will be presenting at FBS09 and others will be attending.)

I'm not saying any of this to toot my own horn or to impress you. Most of you reading this already know this stuff.

I'm telling you this to impress upon you that the fitness industry, like all industries has its good, bad, and ugly.

My advice to you… BEWARE OF THE SKINNY CHEF.

And NEVER EVER be a hater.

If you aren't good at something, either get good at it or get the F#%K out and choose another industry.

Because haters never prosper.

Okay, where were we before the haters interrupted?…

Right… the referral generation email.

I don't know of any one personal trainer marketing system that can get you one hundred new clients. But I do know one hundred ways to get you one new client.

The formula for marketing your fitness business is ridiculously simple:

Do more of the things that work. And less of the thing that don't.

Never rely on ONE holy grail fitness marketing system because it doesn't exist and anyone who tries to tell you otherwise if full of crap.

When you distill your personal trainer marketing down to its bare bones it all comes down to one simple thing; having many poles in the water.

One of my mentorship clients recently got $123,000 of personal trainer sales in the first four and a half weeks of this year off a direct response letter we crafted together.

Yeah, it worked like gang busters. But I'd be STUPID to suggest to him that direct mail should be his ONLY source of marketing.

Several other of my mentorship clients got between 21 and 32 new clients in a matter of ten days by using my buddy Steve Hochman's Human Billboard phone script.

But again I'd be STUPID to suggest to them that this should serve as their main or only personal trainer marketing tactic.

If you want a consistent flow of qualified leads you need many poles in the water…

… and that means:

Direct mail letters

Lead generation postcards

Lead boxes in strategic places

High ranking/converting website

Craigs list/kijiji/backpage listings

Pay Per Click

Blogging

Social networking sites

Email marketing

Internal referral systems

External referral systems

Grocery store tours

Professional joint ventures

Networking groups

Doctor referrals

Free Seminars

You get the point…

With that in mind let me show you another fitness marketing systems that recently produced $14,000 in new clients for Andrew Voris, another one of my clients.

What I love most about this system is that is brilliantly simple… free… and produces almost instant results.

Here's the low down.

It's an internal email based referral generation system that kicked butt. And Andrew was kind enough to let me share it with you.

In fact here is the email I got from him the other day.

———–

Bedros,

Here's an email I sent out that brought me over 14K this month alone!

I knew how to do this because I have been using your programs for years! Thanks for the years of guidance!

EMAIL SUBJECT LINE: Referral Rewards

Dear XXXXXX,

I just wanted to let you know that I try to mainly use referrals as marketing for my business and like to reward for referrals! As a new client you will always be rewarded with 2 free sessions once someone you refer to us purchases training.

If you know anyone that may be interested please send them to our website www.bodyformpersonaltraining.com. Better yet you can email them about us and our services and c.c. me at V#####@gmail.com.

I usually wait until clients have seen results before asking for referrals but I am very confident you will get great results and want to continue training and tell all of your pals! Keep me informed about your progress and how your training is going by emailing me anytime you wish whether you are training with me or one of my trainers!

Thanks for being one of our clients!

Andy Voris, BodyForm Personal Training

———-
Let me break down Andrew's email referral generation system down for you, because while it's surprisingly simple there's actually a lot going on here.

In fact there are four very specific action DRIVERS I want to point out to you.

–First, his email subject is not hypey. In fact it's exactly what the body of the email goes into but it's still compelling (Referral Rewards).

–Second, he makes it a point to state that referral generation is his MAIN marketing system. This makes the client feel a greater sense of obligation and more committed to giving him a referral… after all it's his MAIN marketing system.

–Third, he makes "giving a referral a CONDITION OF DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM". He does this by asking for a referral while the client is NEW and has not picked up any bad habits – like not referring.

Plus, a new client is much more likely to refer because they're still HOT. They're excited about the program and want to share it with other… Andrew is just giving them a reason to do that by offering them more of what they want – free training sessions.

–Finally he gives them SPECIFIC directions on what to do next. He asks them to send the person to his website (and then tells them what he really wants) or better yet, to email their friend and to CC him on the email.

Basically the new clients would be making an introduction by doing this. And that action alone makes the deal W-A-Y easier to close for Andrew.

Kinda cool, eh?

What do you think? Leave me your thoughts and comments below…

Sometimes all it takes is one little tweak to make a big change in your business.

It could be a tweak in your marketing, selling, or retention system. And the results could be profound.

Here's a great example of what I'm talking about.

Last month during our monthly inner circle call with my 12 month mentorship members we shared a client getting system that most personal trainers overlook completely.

The cool thing about this system is that it required no marketing dollars at all. For that matter it didn't even take much time to do, yet the results it gives is outstanding.

It's just a little marketing tweak that I shared and here is what it did for Kelly Parker, one o my mentorship clients from Canada.

Better yet, read it for yourself.

date: Wed, Nov 5, 2008 at 10:50 AM

subject: update

Hey Bedros,

I just wanted to let you know how it's been going since the last tele-conference.

I thought it was a great call. I have been doing small group but not like that. And I never would have thought to open up times and have people choose their time spots.

Well right after the call I looked at my schedule to see when and how I could do this. I sent an email out to all my newsletter subscribers explaining how this "20 people Special" works.

4 days later I had my Chiropractor (I'm in the back of a chiropractor's office) send an email out to all of his clients (hundreds) stating I only had 6 spots left.

I got so many emails it took me 2 hours to respond.

Long story short, I have filled the 20 spots I planned and it cost me nothing-yeah.

And in less than 10 days I made just shy of $40,000.

I'm excited and everyone signing up is excited. It's the best win-win I've ever done!! Thanks for having that call.

Kelly

Just one little tweak and then two email blasts made a huge difference for Kelly.

Sometimes it's not about making big changes, or doing 180 degree shifts in how you run your business.

Sometimes, well, most of the time, it's that one or two small tweaks that you can easily make that can mean the difference between average and massive profits for your personal training business.

Getting personal training clients is easier than you think – if you systemize your personal trainer marketing strategy. (...)

Getting personal training clients is easier than you think – if you systemize your personal trainer marketing strategy.

The problem with most personal trainers is that they spend way too much time on insignificant marketing ideas that fail to produce results and not enough time on the few significant ones that actually work and often times cost little to no money.

In all my years of selling personal training, creating multimillion dollar personal training businesses, and coaching top fitness experts on all things fitness marketing I found five clients getting systems that work the best.

Strategy one: The Internal Referral. Your currant, active clients should be your walking talking billboards. In fact you should condition then to be your referral generating machines. This is called making it a condition of doing business with you and it start the day they sign up with you. Let them know you keep your rates low because you relay on their referrals. At least once a month give them a reason to send you referral by sending them a hand written note, cards, or even a gift certificate.

Strategy two: The List. If you're not actively building a list of loyal fans (prospects and active and inactive clients) then you're leaving a lot of money on the table. The list is king. And the best way to use a list to grow your personal training business is to offer a biweekly online newsletter. Consistent email marketing is the fastest, easiest and most economical way to position yourself and get people to know, like and trust you. And once people know like and trust you and consider you the local fitness expert your business will boom.

Strategy three: Expert Endorsements: There are all types of businesses around you who probably cater to your potential clients. Chiropractors, doctors, cosmetic surgeons, day spas, health food stores and other businesses already have clients and prospects that trust them. What you want is for these experts to refer their clients, customers, and patients to you. You can do this by making them a win/win proposition by offering to endorse their business or service to your list and then ask them to endorse you their list.

Strategy four: Free Media. People read newspapers and watch TV news for the stories and not the advertisements. One of the best ways to get the local media to publish your story and showcase you personal training business is by creating a strong human interest hook that they will want to share with their audience. Maybe you're going to give two free training sessions to anyone who donates a new toy for the 'toys for tots drive.' Or maybe anyone who donates $25 during Thanksgiving week can get a free week of bootcamp. The point is you need a "hook" a human interest story and the media will be way more likely to listen.

Strategy five: The blog: There are over a dozen ways to get tons of traffic from the internet. One of the easiest ways is to set up a word press blog and start blogging on a daily basis about all things health and fitness. The secret to a good blog, one that attracts a lot of visitors is entertainment, content, and consistency. Boring blogs get no traffic. Use lots of social proof in your blogs, offer lead generation ebooks and reports to get people on your email/newsletter list.

Creating a personal trainer marketing system is easy once you figure out the handful of marketing strategies that produce the best results. The trick is to figure them out and use them consistently.

Every day I hear from trainers who want to know how to build a strong personal training business and have a loyal following.

My good pal and mentorship client Saman Bakhtiar literally dominates all of Chino and Chino Hills when it comes to fitness and fat loss.

He's got a seven figure generating personal training studio in a very competitive market and he's literally the only person people think of around here when they think of fitness and fat loss.

Actually he's like a local celebrity. Going out to lunch with him is kind of a trip because EVERYONE comes up to say hi and talk to him.

In the last two years Saman has worked very hard to positioned himself as the local fitness expert by doing several critical things right.

The one thing that he's doing which I want to share with you today is his new blog.

He's one of the few people who had early access to Chris McCombs before Chris ever launched Market Annihilator. Saman took what Chris showed him about blogging and ran with it.

His blog is not the typical personal trainer type of blog at all.

Saman's blogs are edgy, controversial, entertaining and full of great content – and that's why they work so well at getting people to come back and read his next post.

Recently Saman decided to do a video blog review of the top ten healthiest restaurants in his area. It's been a huge hit and only helps to position him more with the community.

Here's a link of Saman's blog: http://fitconcepts.com/fitness

What's really cool is that once Saman is done with all ten reviews he's going to have ten local restaurants that are now going to be raving fans and will no doubt give out his marketing material to their customers.

That's what so cool about the internet. It allows anyone to dominate their niche, get more clients, and become a local celebrity with little or no money spent.

If you're not blogging (the right way) and positioning your website on google for your keyword and phrases then you're probably missing out on a lot of new clients.
