Ive actually started "pruning" my Facebook friend list too. I've been noticing local Personal Trainers sending me friend requests and becoming my "fan" on my fanpage.

Not only have I been getting the spammers like you talk about in your video, but I am also getting PT"lurkers."

Now my problem is this; are these other local Trainers truly being supportive by becoming a "fan?" Or are they just snooping around, reading my articles, etc to try to capitalize on my ideas.

Just a thought.
