I think EFT would be my first choice, but this would certainly take away any conflict with clients over billing.

Brilliant! So simple yet I never thought of it. Billing issues are the worst, if I didn't have to deal with that mess ever again I would be a much happier trainer!

Yeah what is it that if a person joins a gym chain and never turn up they still make sure they have money to pay in their account, but when it comes to PT or bootcamp and they don't want to turn up anymore or cancel, they kick up a stink and refuse to pay.

Josh, I now have done the same as you for a little while. Got sick of being harsh about money then it effecting the sessions, this way they don't think it's got anything to do with me, I'm clear and I can be as straight forward with regards to billing as I like because it's not me.

Cheers Josh, keep up the great work.

New clients always act like they are "uncomfortable" with the auto billing.

I say "hasn't 24 hour fitness been auto billing you for the past 5 years and you haven't even gone to the gym once?

Client- "well yeah...but can't I just pay you cash?"

ME -"No"

Good post Josh. I like your style. Myles of style
